The Challenge

As a Senior Fulfillment Systems Specialist you'll work across the business Value Stream (Fulfillment, Warehousing, Distribution, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, IT and Finance) to implement business-critical process and system improvements in the areas of Order Management, Demand Planning, Deployment, Supply Planning, Availability/Inventory Allocation, and S&OP. This role will support Order Ship Bill as the Execution Leader for Fulfillment National Accounts ERP as well as take the lead role on fast-follow process improvements to Oracle OSB processes.

What you will Do

Lead Value Stream improvement projects that impact customers, delivery metrics, service, inventory/cash and sales. (30%)

  • Identify, define, root cause, test solutions, influence stakeholders, implement solutions, develop control plan, document training

  • Identify and lead process improvement projects and areas of waste after OSB launch

  • Design, build, implement processes for Retail National Account orders relating to product segmentation

Business Process Owner/Execution Leader for Fulfillment on OSB ERP project. (60%)

  • Define requirements, test system changes, develop training, train end users and on-boarding national accounts- Lowes, Sears, International and Puerto Rico. Rollout on pace for 2020 Q3 completion.

  • Provide leadership, business education, planning & execution of program for OSB. This will cover areas of Deployment, GOP, Mabe, SFG and National Accounts OM.

Become an expert in all fulfillment processes and systems - Legacy and Oracle based. Coach, mentor and provide guidance to all PFMs, CFMs and deployers around systems, tools and processes.(10%)

  • Provide the first line of defense for any system outage or process inefficiencies.

  • Develop expertise in fulfillment systems including GOP, reporting, EDI, OM, Invoicing

Position Requirement

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus with users.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop, manage and implement aggressive project plans while working with IT counterparts (on and off shore), other functions, consultants and end users.

  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate across functions and at all levels of the organization.

  • Exceptional analytical skills; demonstrated strength in data analysis and using big data.

  • Ability to take inputs from multiple functions and perspectives and translate it into an actionable plan while reconciling and integrating competing interests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Business, Engineering or related field.

  • 5 years: Supply Chain/Operations experience within at least two different Supply Chain related functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or better in Business or related field.

  • 7 years: Supply Chain/Operations experience with at least two different Supply Chain related functions, including *Fulfillment.

  • Experience with Lean methodologies.

  • Graduate of the Supply Chain Development Program.

  • Experience with Oracle Value Chain Planning modules- Advanced Supply Chain Planner, *Inventory Optimization, Demantra, Global Order Promising and EBS modules- Order *Management, Inventory, PIM, Purchasing

  • Microsoft Access or SQL experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

  • Weekend or evening work may occasionally be required, to meet critical deadlines.

  • Some travel to factories, suppliers, or distribution centers may occasionally be required.
