Marketing Coop - Social Media
In this assignment, the coop will have responsibility for supporting Social Media Engagement team work-volume.
What you will Learn & Do
Work collaboratively to support the social media team on various work assignments as identified.
Professionally respond to consumer product reviews left on our company-owned web sites as well as dealer-partner sites.
Process consumer opt-out requests.
Intervene and document outcomes from various chat-bot or other technology “test and learn” interactions.
Cleanse duplicate emails or no-response required emails from the email queue to enable the team to address value-added consumer responses.
Place orders for consumer requested product publications and wiring diagrams.
Scan and load product publications into electronic format for easy call center agent access.
Resolve and document dispositions for consumer replies to email marketing campaigns.
Send final responses to research required escalations after answer has been identified.
Intercept web site correction requests and forward to appropriate internal contacts for resolution.
What you need to Succeed
Students only. Must be a current full-time student enrolled in a bachelors or advance degree program; pursuing a marketing or business-related degree preferred
Minimum GPA of 3.0 required
Excellent written communication skills: grammar, sentence structure, and spelling
Computer literate with ability to learn new applications quickly
Positive attitude with proven ability to work well with teams
Strong typing skills
Dependable with strong pattern of attendance
Must be willing to work at least 20 hrs./week; ability to work flexible hours ranging from 20-40/week is ideal
Coop duration of 1 year
Team player, collaborative style
Self-starter, able to work independently and in team setting
High level of enthusiasm/energy/positive
