Distribution Sales Support Operations (DSSO) Representative– Inventory
A representative on the DSSO Inventory team will be responsible for all inventory related activities associated to their assigned region of the delivery network. They will work closely with their agents and region managers to correct inventory issues and provide guidance on corrections.
What you will Do
Research and resolve Inventory count issues during reconciliation period.
Research and respond to emails sent from delivery agents and region managers (RM’s) on inventory related issues.
Work directly with delivery agents, Local Delivery RM’s, DSSO, and cross track teams to resolve inventory issues
Process inventory moves during agent transitions.
Process daily inventory adjustments, including inbound overages/shortages, SFLS overages and shortages, and ins adjustments.
Communicate with ADC team on back-hauls adjustments and inventory issues.
Process Field Return Requests, removing items from the local delivery agent inventory to be shipped back to the engineering team at Appliance Park.
Other inventory related activities when needed.
What you need to Succeed
High School Diploma or Better
Minimum five years of work experience
Self-directed with a strong work ethic
High energy level with excellent interpersonal skills
Associates Degree or better
1+ years within the DSSO organization
